Returns and Exchanges
You can request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in like-new condition.
If the return is not due to a fault on our part, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. We will do our best to process your cancellation and issue a full refund. Please contact us promptly with your order number at support@vomstal.com
Order Not Received
While most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days, delays can sometimes happen due to weather, customs, or courier issues.
If your order does not arrive within 10 days, please allow an additional 7-day grace period.
If your order has not arrived after 17 total days, you will be eligible for a full refund.
Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, please email us at support@vomstal.com with photos of the damage.
Once we verify the issue, we will send a replacement at no cost to you or provide a full refund based on your preference.
Defective or Faulty Products
If you receive a defective product, please report the issue within 30 days of receiving it.
We will send a free replacement or provide a full refund once the defect is confirmed.
Change of Mind
Changed your mind? No problem.
You can return the item within 30 days, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs in this case are your responsibility.
Exchanges
We accept exchange requests within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in original condition.
You will need to cover the return shipping fees.

Incorrect Item Received
If you received the wrong item, please inform us within 30 days of delivery.
Include a photo of the item you received and we will send the correct item or issue a refund.
Warranty Policy
We offer a one-year manufacturer’s warranty on all eligible products. This covers defects due to faulty materials or workmanship.
The warranty does not cover damage from improper use, accidents, or wear and tear.
We will repair or replace defective items as needed. Refunds are not issued under the warranty policy.
How to Return a Product
To ensure a smooth return process, follow these steps:

Email support@vomstal.com to request a return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. -
Prepare Your Return
Repackage the item securely in its original box with all accessories, manuals, and materials. -
Include the Return Form
Fill out the return form (or the back of your invoice) with the reason for the return and include your RMA number. -
Add Proof of Purchase
Include a copy of your original receipt or order confirmation. -
Ship Your Return
Use a tracked shipping service with insurance and signature confirmation.
We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 to 7 business days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
