How Long Does It Take to Process My Order?

When Will I Receive My Order in the UK?

We know you’re eager to receive your items! Once shipped, standard delivery within the UK generally takes 2–5 business days. While delivery times may vary slightly, rest assured we’ll do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.


Need to Modify or Cancel an Order?

If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make any modifications. Contact us promptly at support@vomstal.com with your order number and request details.


Can I Request a Rush or Expedited Order?

At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping. However, we’re actively working on expanding our shipping options to better meet your needs in the future.


Entered the Wrong Address?

Mistakes happen! If you notice an incorrect shipping address, email us at support@vomstal.com immediately. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to update it. Unfortunately, once an order has shipped, changes are no longer possible.


What If I Receive the Wrong Item or Something Is Missing?

If your order arrives with an incorrect or missing item, please notify us right away. Just provide your order number, and we’ll promptly send out the correct item(s) at no additional cost.


Tracking Says Delivered, But I Don’t Have My Package. What Now?

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us immediately. We’ll initiate an investigation with the carrier. Please note that after an order leaves our facility, delivery is out of our direct control, but we’ll do everything we can to help.


How Can I Track My Order?

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. This lets you follow your order all the way to your doorstep. If you haven’t received tracking information within a few days of ordering, please contact us.
